In-Home Trials
A rug’s true beauty is revealed in its intended setting, where natural light, flooring, and furnishings shape its presence. To ensure the perfect fit, we offer an exclusive in-home trial service, allowing you to experience your selection before finalizing your decision.
Our team is available Monday to Saturday across Greater Sydney & Melbourne including the surrounding regional areas.
We regularly visit: The Southern Highlands, The ACT & The Mornington Peninsula.
Washing
Our Sydney and Melbourne showrooms provide specialist rug washing and stain removal, using only the finest, chemical-free treatments to preserve texture, pile, and beauty. With years of expertise, we ensure each rug is handled with the utmost care. The full washing process takes 7–14 days.

Repairs
Our in-house master weaver leads our expert team in restoring these timeless pieces with meticulous precision and care. With decades of experience, our artisans specialize in resizing, repairing, and reweaving, ensuring your rugs retain their beauty and structural integrity for generations to come.

Valuations
Cadrys provides professional, written valuations for rugs and textiles, catering to a range of needs including estate matters, insurance replacements, and water or mould damage assessments. Our expert team ensures accurate, detailed valuations for each piece, offering peace of mind for both individuals and institutions.
Pricing For Written Valuations
1-5 rugs: $250 per rug
5-10 rugs: $150 per rug

Underlay
Our premium non-slip felt rubber underlay provides the perfect foundation for your rugs, ensuring they stay securely in place while offering a plush feel underfoot. Ideal for enhancing acoustics, this underlay is both functional and comfortable.
Available in custom sizes, our underlay can be expertly cut to fit your rug at either our Sydney or Melbourne showrooms.
*Note: Always order the underlay, 1-3cm shorter than the width and length of your rug.
