Shipping Information

Once you're order has been received, the selected rug(s) and/or cushion(s) will be packed dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse to your nominated address using TNT, FedEx or DHL. Our Customer Care Team will be in contact to pass on the tracking number and details about your order.

Orders received by 12 (noon) will have rugs dispatched the same day, with a average shipping time of 3-5 days within major cities and 5-7 days within regional cities.

For all orders within Australia:
· Complimentary shipping nation-wide.

For all international orders:
· A flat rate fee of $200 for all orders under 8sqm
· A flat rate fee of $400 for all orders over 8sqm
