AFGHAN FINE ZIGLER

Zigler rugs were produced by Zigler & Co. in Sultanabad for the English market beginning in the 1880s. They reinterpret Persian floral traditions with softened palettes and open scale. Genuine antique examples feature exceptional wool, refined vegetable dyes, and luminous abrash developed over more than a century. Their Anglo-Persian heritage and decorative harmony make them highly collectible.
